A banned my account. It’s an old account I registered a long time ago. I only used it on the web and never made any payments. I generally just asked coding-related questions. After I appealed, they refused to restore access. Does anyone know whether I can delete the account and create a new one? (Although there doesn’t seem to be a delete button anymore—I may need to send an email to have it deleted.)
