[UlziX] Hardware Upgrade Notice for 15 Districts in Hong Kong

Hong Kong Zone 15 physical host (new) has been replaced with an AMD platform, offering more than 3 times the performance of the original E5. The network route, bandwidth, and pricing remain unchanged.

The original E5 physical host will continue operating for approximately one month before being decommissioned.
Users who need to upgrade can submit a support ticket to request a zone migration. We will move you from the original Zone 15 to the new Zone 15.

How to apply:
Submit a support ticket through the console and include “Hong Kong Zone 15 migration”.

Notes:

  • Your IP address will change after the migration. Please remember to update it;

  • You are responsible for backing up the data on the original instance and migrating it to the new instance;

  • This zone migration is free of charge;

  • If you do not request a zone migration, the original E5 instance can continue to be used for approximately one month. After that, it will no longer be renewed on this physical host. We recommend migrating as soon as possible.

The new machines are ready. Users who need them are welcome to apply at any time.

In addition, the original Zone 15 machines will remain idle for approximately one month.

I can’t check in; verification keeps failing.

Verify what?

It kept refreshing earlier. I entered the verification code, and now it’s working.

Area 14 is completely unusable.

The panel is a bit laggy, but the machine stays online continuously.

It is recommended to specify the bandwidth for each region.

The panel keeps getting stuck, and I’ve never been able to access it.

Hey, is Area 14 still not working?

Don’t look at this monitor—I’ve said it many times: when the load is high, the panel lags.
This is accessed one-way, with no mutual verification. The machine is always running; if there are any concerns about monitoring in this area, I’ll shut it down.

Does Zone 15 only have 5M of bandwidth? Previously, Zone 14 could still get 12–15M.

Let me take a look at the order ID.
