If I use it, I won’t get any cashback. I want the 100% cashback.
Isn’t it 100% just GPT? Does it include Claude too?
Then change the IP and the environment. If none of that works, there’s nothing we can do.
The card was declined. I wonder if anyone can still use Bybit to pay for Claude. I guess the card BIN is completely unusable now.
Sometimes the environment is the problem. Mine was like this with N26—I switched my fingerprint browser and IP, and it worked.
Then I’ll try again later.

My friend had this issue before too. After turning off ads and changing their IP, it worked, but they were banned instantly after KYC 
What are ads? An ad blocker? I didn’t turn it on.
It’s completely blocked now. GPT won’t open either, and in the end I could only get the payment to go through via Play.
At least it’s safer, more stable, and more reliable than using a third-party top-up service. No cashback or anything is fine.
AdsPower — changing the fingerprint should most likely work.
This card has restrictions, and I can’t link it to PayPal either.
