This started when a user submitted a support ticket asking why the referral points for inviting a friend had not been credited. We investigated and found that the account had triggered our risk controls.
Our investigation found that the inviter of the account that submitted the ticket had operated the account, along with several others, from the same device. The operating times and methods were almost identical.
In addition, the system’s detection mechanisms provided sufficient evidence that the accounts below all belonged to the same person:
Most of these accounts claimed free servers and farmed referrals through bulk registrations, seriously violating the rules. They have all now been permanently banned, and the servers have been reclaimed with no possibility of restoration.
Note: The account whose ticket begins with kixvcdqaz has not been banned for now. If you have any issues, you may continue using this account to submit tickets.
A reminder: the platform has device-association detection. Don’t use multiple accounts to farm benefits—if discovered, all of them will be banned, with no opportunity to appeal. We hope you understand.
The platform is capable of identifying all violating accounts. The fact that we did not take action earlier does not mean the warning was a bluff. The violations were so obvious that we had no choice but to take action as a deterrent.
