They’re worried about people transferring between multiple accounts, so they’ve limited the transfer amount and fees for lower-level accounts.

The minimum limit is 200, but with my finances I can only transfer three times.
At least the game can launch on my phone, but on the computer it just turns into a PowerPoint! Don’t tell me it’s using integrated graphics to render the game.
