For users who did not complete the migration before the deadline, they are considered not to have passed this real demand screening. According to the original plan, their orders should have been directly deleted and not processed further. However, considering the following actual situation: Hong Kong District 16 had previously suffered ongoing attacks and has already been fully migrated to Hong Kong District 20 (the new district). The old machines in District 16 are now vacant, and this data center will no longer be renewed in the future (the entire C block of IPs). Rather than leaving them idle, we are making them available to see if the remaining users still have actual needs.
About Re-opening:
The backend has now unbound the orders that were not migrated. Users who need this can submit a ticket to request to have their instance re-opened, which will be created on the old Hong Kong District 16 machine (14-1) corresponding to the original order.
Please note:
-
Line: CTG-CN2
-
The expected usable duration for this re-opening is about 1 month
-
After the expiration, the host machine will be taken offline, and instances and data will not be retained
Users who need to re-open, please submit a ticket and specify “Re-open old District 16 machine”. We will recreate the instance on your original order. **This channel is only open to users who did not migrate before. If you have already activated the US District 21, please do not apply again (unless you wish to release your US 21 slot and switch to Hong Kong 14).
