For the free tier, enabling auto-renewal will automatically generate a $0 bill, but you still need to click confirm manually to renew. This is only a reminder; you can log in to your account to check whether your instance was successfully renewed automatically.
Thanks for the reminder, I’ll renew right away~
Does automatic renewal continue until the deadline, or is it calculated in advance?
What does this mean? Non-zero yuan orders will have the balance automatically deducted 3 days in advance to renew the subscription, while zero-yuan orders do not support automatic renewal and have to be renewed manually.
The free tier has automatic renewal enabled. I want to know if the payment is deducted in advance.
The difference between enabling free auto-renewal and not enabling it is that, if it’s enabled, you’ll keep getting in-site notifications about renewal failures ![]()
It’s free, and is there really no automatic renewal? I didn’t see anywhere to set that up.
There’s currently an issue with this logic. Under normal circumstances, after clicking the renewal popup, you should be able to cancel auto-renewal. However, in the free tier, if the renewal conditions aren’t met, you can’t click to renew, and therefore can’t see the option to cancel auto-renewal. This is a problem, and we’ll fix it within a few days.
Oh~ looking forward to a solution ![]()
The renewal is already done, thanks for the reminder.
Thanks for the reminder.
Has the free Hong Kong district 14 come back again?
