I’ll start it right away.

Too bad it isn’t in Shenzhen.

Where do I open it?

I remember that a lot of cities used to let you get a card for free. That’s how it works with Apple Pay—you just top it up and use it. Is Shenzhen really that different?

I remember it used to be free.

Just sharing this in case anyone is currently living in Shenzhen—or plans to in the future. After all, the discount is pretty decent.

Any wallet built into the phone will do.

Some places let you open it for free, while others charge 20, which is refundable. Either way, you have to top up.

In most cities, the service fee can’t be refunded when you return the card, so I thought I’d share this. There’s a discount, after all, so if you live in Shenzhen or are visiting during the National Day holiday, you can get one.

Already got it for free.

Although I’m not in Shenzhen, I still gave it a like.
