Why does CSDN have Google ads?

When accessing the CSDN Security Center (external link), a Google ad pops up.
Specific link: Click to go directly—the link that triggers the pop-up ad
I also tried switching carriers (China Mobile China Telecom and overseas), but the ad still appeared (I tested in private browsing mode as well).

It is worth mentioning that after changing the target address, the ad no longer pops up.
