Short review
Isn’t the director’s storytelling pace a little too slow? It’s not exactly the kind of plot where you can’t afford to miss a single second, nor is it some incredibly difficult battle of wits. The half-hidden, deliberately profound narrative style is just too problematic. It doesn’t have The River God’s strong storytelling, nor does it effectively hook the audience’s curiosity. If the plot doesn’t take off in the future, this series may be in trouble.
