If you haven’t logged into an old account for a long time and suddenly log in, try not to change your environment or switch IP addresses, as it’s easy to get banned. If it gets flagged by the risk-control system, appeal by email, saying that it’s your work account and is very important to you, and that you might lose your job without access to the email, or something along those lines. You can search for appeal message templates.
I used to have an old Google account too, but I hadn’t logged in for so long that it was inexplicably banned.
