You’re using the Kiwi browser, right?
Both the HarmonyOS browser and the Quark browser cannot access it; you need to install a higher‑version browser separately.
On Windows 7, there is a Google browser with a modified kernel version that can be installed and access the forum normally.
Switch browsers. The last time I used Kiwi it also didn’t work. Then I switched to Edge browser.
I haven’t encountered this problem.
