See post #2, it’s actually DNSPOD charging. I have the professional version of DNSPOD, which should be annual fees. I’ll check later why it’s being debited sporadically.

Some fees are only understandable by carefully reading the fine print
I was previously tricked by the fine print regarding the Ali CDT premium traffic not being deductible.
About $1 per month, why are they still deducting sporadically?
Domestic services are not needed at all.
Without Tencent’s products
I was charged $10+ previously, it used to offer free doh service which I used to block ads, later it became a paid service and I forgot to switch it 
Tencent is just like this
