Click on the details, if there’s a delete button you can delete it. If you cannot delete it, you can register another account and transfer the domain away.

Write your domain name, attach a referral code, and write that the domain has permanent rights. Post it on the forum, and I think someone will take it up. It will be processed faster than through a ticket.

  1. 域名未添加过任何解析
    可以在控制面板自助删除.
  2. 已有过添加解析的操作
    不可自助删除. 只有两条路
    1. 新注册个账号转移给它(不推荐, 指不定什么时候因为滥用太高搞连坐)或者扔给其他人, 对方成功接收后占用他的域名额度那么你的域名额度就释放出来了
    1. 发工单请求人工删除(别跟那个机器人聊, 他没有权限的. 开启工单了直接回复人工, 然后静静的人工处理)
      PS: 如果你没有托管到其他DNS服务商, 直接使用他家的域名解析务必备份一下解析记录.(因为他可能会误删…)
