Core Logic:
The latest version of the new sub2api, with Agent Identity mode, allows any account (including free ones) to operate without the need for SMS verification.
Core Logic: Valid Session → Verify JWT → Generate Ed25519 key pair → Submit the public key to register Runtime → Save both server-side agent_runtime_id and local private key

Valid Web Session / access_token
→ Locally generate an Ed25519 key pair
→ POST to https://auth.openai.com/api/accounts/v1/agent/register
→ Returns agent_runtime_id
→ agent_runtime_id + local private key generate Agent Identity
Attached is the corresponding registration script; please study it as needed.

I’m a bit confused—so is this a reverse proxy for Codex, or something else? Previously, the tricky part was always the phone number, which was blocking Codex’s access/refresh token.

Just run the script, paste your account’s access token, copy the JSON, and import it into sub2api to start using it.
