We need to inform you that, after reviewing your account usage, we have decided to disconnect your service (mobile number ending in 9215). According to our terms and conditions, our service is primarily intended for use within the UK and only offers roaming for short-term travel. Since your usage patterns indicate possible long-term or permanent use outside the UK, your account no longer meets the eligibility requirements for this service. Therefore, your service will be disconnected soon, and all related access will stop.
Please note that this is our final position on this matter.
Thank you for your understanding and for your previous custom.
Is fiat24 about to run off too? I still have 9 bucks in there that I haven’t used, and now it’s been under maintenance all this time. My luck has just been terrible lately.
According to Section 2.9 of the Terms of Service, giffgaff’s roaming service is intended only for “periodic travel” (such as holidays or short vacations). This means the service is aimed at users who use it temporarily outside the UK, rather than users who live abroad long-term or use it to “keep their number active.”
@James The title could be considered a personal attack. Judging from the TOS, it seems the GG SIM card hasn’t done anything wrong either.
