I currently have three Hong Kong cloud servers with HeYun, and all of them have now gone offline (SSH timed out / websites completely down / no ping response).
Even worse, according to reports from group members, newly ordered machines are no longer being provisioned—they take the money but don’t deliver, which is the final step before disappearing.
A consumer-rights group has been created; victims, please join.

Screenshots of the evidence are below. To be clear, none of my three machines can be connected to.
Four pieces of “hard evidence”
-
New purchases are no longer being delivered (the most serious issue)
According to reports from group members, machines newly ordered from HeYun are no longer being provisioned. The money is paid, but the machines aren’t provided, and customer service can’t be reached either. This shows that HeYun has completely stopped operating normally and is preparing to shut down and disappear at any time. If you recently placed an order that hasn’t been provisioned, join the group immediately so we can defend our rights together. -
“Three-year plans every day” as a money-making scheme
HeYun’s promotional strategy is selling three-year plans 365 days a year, every single day, without ever stopping. Legitimate businesses limit long-term promotions, whereas HeYun’s year-round three-year plans are clearly intended to collect as much money as possible before disappearing. -
Extremely low-price bait
¥111.11/three years, ¥199/three years, and ¥299/three years—prices so low they don’t even cover the costs, plainly the classic tactic of attracting money with low prices and then disappearing. -
The control-panel status cannot be trusted
All three machines are shown as “Activated,” but in reality they have all gone offline. The status shown in HeYun’s backend is merely decorative and has no reference value whatsoever.
Overall abnormal signs on the platform
- Official website
heyunidc.cn: Its DNS records have been deleted before; users in mainland China need a proxy to access it, and it remains extremely unstable even after switching to a CDN. - Customer service / tickets: Completely unreachable; tickets have gone unanswered for more than 48 hours, and QQ customer service neither reads nor replies to messages.
- Official QQ group: Many users in the group are urgently “dumping” their servers at low prices, and the panic is obvious.
- Business background: The entity is Jiuquan HeYun Zhichuang Network Technology Co., Ltd. Its business model is highly similar to that of the defunct Hudi Cloud, and the owner is reportedly a former employee of Hudi Cloud.

Urgent warning
If you’ve just placed an order with HeYun and it hasn’t been provisioned, save your payment records immediately and stop holding out hope!
If any of your older machines can still be reached, back up your data immediately!
Do not renew! Do not make new purchases! In particular, do not buy any more three-year plans!
Consumer rights defense for victims

I also recommend that everyone file complaints collectively on platforms such as Black Cat Complaints.
Finally
New purchases not delivered + all older machines dead + three-year plans every day + customer service unreachable = the company’s disappearance is a foregone conclusion and is already underway.
I’m posting this only to expose this unscrupulous IDC provider and prevent more people from being exploited.
If you’ve also fallen into this trap, please upvote this post + join the group so we can figure out what to do together.
