Gemini’s student offer has opened up another year of free access. I missed out last year and totally regret it, so this year I want to catch the late train. But I haven’t found a way or channel to get access to Gemini yet. Does anyone know of any methods or have a way in?

I accessed it through a Taiwan node for student verification; the school search included universities in mainland China. Then I just found a student ID card online, edited it a bit, and submitted it. I received an email confirming that my verification had passed just over 24 hours later, and my Student Pro subscription has now been activated successfully :xhj001:

Using a Taiwan node and a photoshopped student ID is enough to get through… This method is seriously hardcore :joy: Verification feels like it’s getting stricter and stricter these days—might as well grab whatever one you can.

Honestly, even if this were free, I could just generate a student ID online, fill in the information beforehand, Photoshop the photo and school emblem, and it would still pass verification successfully :joy:
