Ordering Steps
- Select the £10/month plan.
- Enter the discount code, confirm that the order total shows £0, then continue to link your card and complete the purchase.
- When filling in your information, be sure to remember your date of birth, account password, security question answer, and PIN.
- When placing the order, click “Send to email”, then submit the order. Do not select “Direct download”.
- When opening the eSIM PDF file via email, you need to enter your date of birth as the password, in the format DDMMYYYY (day, month, year). For example: January 1, 2026, uses 01012026 as the password.
Important Reminder

Number Validity and Number Retention
Without number retention, the number can be used for up to approximately 180 days.
- Minimum top-up amount: £5
- Number retention requirement: A balance change must occur once every 180 days, such as sending a text message.
- Before sending a text message: Make sure Wi-Fi Calling has been successfully enabled.
