Can a site built with Netlify’s free HTML and a custom domain be indexed by Baidu?

Yes, but these days Baidu is slow to index new sites, and it’s very difficult to get indexed without an ICP filing.

Also, Baidu doesn’t bring in much traffic anymore. Mobile search doesn’t bring in much traffic either. Search is no longer the main gateway to the internet.
