On the homepage, clicking the free account option initially shows a paid plan.

I’m insanely powerful, and they don’t play fair. They didn’t even send an email notification; the status shows it’s suspended, and I can’t log in via FTP either.

Contact customer service. It used to be permanent, but has been changed to renewable. If unused, it will be deleted.
I had mine suspended, but after contacting them, it was restored. You should still make sure to back up your data.

After reading the post, I logged into the admin panel that evening to take a look. Everything seemed normal, so I logged out. Then today I found that I could no longer access it—403. So frustrating ( ˘•ω•˘ )

I noticed earlier that renewals had started costing money, so I just left it alone.
You can give up decisively now. They also require traffic, regular checks, renewal every six months… New registrations also need to be reviewed… There are quantity requirements too…
Under rules like these, it’s not as convenient as BY and resellers…
There are plenty of better hosts than this, such as sweb, beget, serv00, ct8, dothome, xrea, and Oracle… They’re all available. These are just the ones that are slightly more difficult; there are also plenty of easier options. (I’m not bragging—I’ve simply been around a long time, and have used free resources available from 2000 to the present.)
I’ve moved all the sites from my five accounts (although there are many sites, none of them gets much traffic; they’re purely for my own amusement).
If your site doesn’t get much traffic, you can just give up on it…
