Synopsis
In the spring of 1959, 13 people are stranded by a violent storm on a small island near Mallorca. Any one of them could have predicted what was about to happen at the small hotel where they were staying: the cautious British tourist Elisa Mander is found dead. At first, it appears to be suicide, but disturbing signs soon emerge suggesting that it may actually have been murder. Basil, a retired actor once famous for playing Sherlock Holmes on the big screen, unexpectedly finds himself tasked with solving the case. In a place where no one can leave, no one can reach every guest and member of staff, and everyone becomes a suspect, the crime grows more complex and twisted with every passing minute.
