[v1.3.3] — 2026-09-26 · Everyday Use and Reliability
New Features: Post Editing and Topic Notifications
Posting, reading, and managing topics in everyday use now more closely match the Discourse web interface.
- Post editing: Adds an editing option for posts the server allows to be modified, reading the original Markdown while preserving formatting such as indentation and line breaks
- Topic notifications: Topics can be set to watching / tracking / regular / muted, synchronized with Discourse notification levels
- In-app reading: Regular topic links open in the client; links pointing to specific posts continue to be handled by the browser for positioning
Fixes and UX Improvements
- Authenticated writes: Fixed an issue where posting, interaction, and image uploads after browser-based authorization login were blocked by CSRF checks
- Posts and bookmarks: Fixed loading issues with empty topics and posts; canceled bookmarks now accurately match the corresponding post, avoiding affecting other bookmarks in the same topic
- Search and display: Handled search request race conditions and corrected category color parsing
- Login and errors: Fixed login recursion caused by expired CSRF tokens, improved the display of API error messages, and changed update checks to use the current repository URL
Internal Improvements
- Added regression tests for post editing, topic links, and bookmark records
- Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and Linux builds passed; version number updated to 1.3.3
