Claude refund: If an Apple-paid Claude account gets banned, can I request a refund, create a new Apple account, and keep purchasing—repeating the process after each ban?

It seems that when a Claude account paid for through Apple is banned, you can get a refund the first time. So could you apply for a refund after the account is banned, then register a new Apple account and continue purchasing, repeating the cycle of getting banned and receiving refunds?
