A big shot has already made a purchase, so there’s currently no stock. It will be shipped in two days.
If you didn’t manage to get one, don’t worry. Going forward, approximately one will be listed every three days, with updates posted in the store.
Also, a note about the rules over there: accounts below level 2 must remain active, or they’ll be deleted.
One more thing: you need to bypass the firewall to access it. If you can’t do that and won’t be able to stay active, please don’t buy it.
November 4 update:
The previous order has been shipped. The next shipment will go out on November 7, and the stock has been updated.

I didn’t expect it to sell so quickly. One just expired, so there’s no stock available; you’ll have to wait two days.
Not expensive at all. First, it encourages people who want it to post; second, it gives energy another use; and third, it’s also sold for 500 over there (and it has more uses there).
The forum features are now completely identical. The relay stations’ features have also been unlocked, with each relay station setting them independently.
There is now very little difference between the Youth Edition and the Standard Edition.
