Why does the 房屋nodeloc website keep showing a loading screen when I’m connected to my home Wi-Fi? It works fine when I switch to mobile data, and I can access it normally with a VPN. Has China Unicom’s broadband network in Guangdong blocked the website?

I don’t understand. The computers all use proxies, and the broadband at home is China Telecom. Shouldn’t Guangdong use China Telecom? 
My broadband provider is China Unicom. If I turn off Wi‑Fi and use mobile data to access the internet directly, I can access it. I have three SIM cards—one each from China Mobile, China Telecom, and China Unicom.
