This has happened so many times. Is it usually because the card doesn’t work or because of the phone number? How can I get past this?
Shouldn’t you ask the dean? He’s an AWS expert, after all.
What’s going on?
It seems AWS’s risk controls require a genuine residential IP. I was only able to register using Muse or a domestic Chinese IP.
