Just tried a VPS, the page shows $1 per month, but after registering with an email, I could deploy and use it without topping up, and it was still working normally without payment. It’s easy to manage and very fast.
Some people reported they couldn’t place an order, probably because they chose a more expensive plan. I chose the US region and selected the lowest-cost configuration for all settings. It has been running for over one day and is still operating normally.
Although the page displays a credit billing upload limit of 5M, it doesn’t affect usage, and the access speed is still very fast.

Anyway, no card binding is required, I’m not sure how long it will last. Email registration is fine.
