CloudCone: Recommended regions are DC1/DC2. If you get a 74.x.x.x range IP, there’s a higher chance of streaming services being unblocked. Performance isn’t great but you get a lot of storage (though it’s SSD cache, so not suitable for high read/write demands). Support response is slow, and you must recharge before purchasing (no refunds).

ColoCrossing: A paradise for heavy bandwidth users. $10 gets you 20TB data transfer—essentially unlimited for most people. If you really need tons of data, this is highly recommended.
