This owner can do whatever they want, but there’s no good advice. Playing sign-in games increases user stickiness, but I don’t understand why a domain would focus on user stickiness. Either receive it generously or offer it for free. At minimum, charge on an annual basis; monthly billing is something I’ve never seen before.
