No found how to publish a lottery event
On the phone, tap the three horizontal lines menu bar and then click the plus sign. A menu will pop up. Scroll down to the “Add Lottery” section and you can set it up.

Bro, can the level be set随意设置么？还有顺序，级别名称、奖品，最下面那个框是不是奖品数量？
Found it, found it, bro, can the level be set randomly? And about the order, is the level name, rewards, the box at the bottom for the reward quantity?
What do you want to run a giveaway for
Level is随意 filled, but once set, those below the trust level will not be able to participate in the lottery\n\nPrize level, name, quantity~ as follows\n

Level you can fill randomly, like First Place, Grand Prize. Second is the prize information. Third is the quantity of prizes for that level.
