Hey Nodeloc folks,
If you’ve ever done web scraping, run automation scripts, or tried your hand at flash sales, you’ve definitely been schooled by Cloudflare (CF) at some point. Especially now with Turnstile verification and those notorious 5-second shields—if you’re still using traditional data center proxies (Data Center IPs), you’ll pretty much get insta-banned the moment you show up.
Today, I’m sharing a super reliable solution I’ve personally tested to help you bypass all of CF’s layers of defense.
1. Why does Cloudflare keep blocking your scripts?
CF’s detection is multi-faceted, but it mainly looks at three things:
- IP Reputation: Data center IP ranges are flagged as high-risk in the CF database and easily trigger captchas.
- TLS Fingerprint: Your request fingerprint (like HTTP/2 handshakes) doesn’t match normal browsers.
- Behavioral Analysis: Too many requests from a single IP in a short time.
2. The Key Weapon: Residential Proxies
To get past CF, residential IPs are a must. They make you look like a real household broadband user.
After comparing several providers, I’ve been using Novproxy lately. For this scenario, it has some big advantages:
- High IP Purity: They offer legit ISP residential IPs, which are considered “high reputation” by Cloudflare and can bypass many verifications directly.
- Unlimited Traffic: You don’t have to worry about bandwidth when scraping at scale—great value.
- Global Coverage: Over 190 countries available, so you can accurately mimic real users from any region.
3. Technical Steps (Using Python with browser fingerprinting as an example)
Proxies alone aren’t enough—we need to do fingerprint obfuscation as well. I recommend using Playwright + Novproxy together.
Sample Setup:
`Pythonfrom playwright.sync_api import sync_playwright
Get your proxy info from the Novproxy dashboard
proxy_cfg = {
“server”: “http://your-proxy-host:port”,
“username”: “your-username”,
“password”: “your-password”
}
with sync_playwright() as p:
# Simulate real browser characteristics
browser = p.chromium.launch(headless=False, proxy=proxy_cfg)
context = browser.new_context(
user_agent=“Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36…”
)
page = context.new_page()
# Access the site protected by CF
page.goto("https://target-website.com")
# With Novproxy's high-reputation IPs, you can usually get straight in
page.wait_for_load_state("networkidle")
print("Bypassed verification and got the data!")
browser.close()`
4. Tips to Avoid Pitfalls:
- Rotating: I recommend enabling “dynamic rotation” mode in the Novproxy dashboard to make sure you get a new IP for each request or session.
- UA Matching: Your User-Agent MUST match your browser kernel version exactly—otherwise, even the best IPs will look suspicious.
- Test Runs: If you’re not sure if it’ll work for you, try their basic package on the official site first: Novproxy–Pure and Best Overseas Residential IP Service Provider
Summary: Getting past Cloudflare takes half browser fingerprint spoofing, half quality proxies.
