Seems like it’s down, getting the same error.
When you register and fill in your company info, they give you a $1 voucher, but your API calls will eat up that $1 in no time.
You can also overdraft by about $1 to $3.
All things considered, you only get about $2 to $4 in total. If you’re not using a reg bot to create more accounts and milk a few extra bucks, it’s honestly not very usable. 
I’m really disappointed, I was just about to get started.
