This afternoon I figured there must be a lot of expired domains that need to be cleaned up or renewed. Over the years, I’ve registered pretty much every free domain I came across, so I have plenty of domains that need yearly renewals, or are just throwaway one-year domains. Plus, I haven’t checked on my domains at all for the past few months since the new year, so I decided to go through them—to get rid of what needs to go, and renew whatever can still be renewed!
Then I noticed that netlib.re’s website was actually accessible—I could even log in, and all the domains I registered before were still there. I tried re-adding one of the domains I’d previously hosted on cf, and in less than a minute, it showed hosting was successful! Not sure if this was just a fluke or if the admin has restored functionality for all users.
No, it hasn’t come back, and even if it did, you wouldn’t get NS. Only the 7,000 users who survived before or those who were lucky enough to get unbanned later can get NS
