Yuexin Search 4.0: A Cloud Drive Resource Management and Search Index System Based on Xinyue Search
Hello everyone! I’ve recently organized and open-sourced a project: Yuexin Search 4.0.
Project URL:
This project is modified and expanded based on Xinyue Search 675061370/xinyue-search. Thanks to the original author for providing the open-source foundation and project ideas.
Yuexin Search is mainly aimed at personal learning, secondary development, and theme experience optimization. Its positioning is as a Web system supporting multi-cloud drive resource management, search indexing, transfer configuration, cache optimization, and theme customization.
Project Overview
Yuexin Search supports resource management and indexing for various cloud drives, including Quark, Baidu Netdisk, Alibaba Cloud Drive, UC Netdisk, Thunder Cloud, and more.
Special notes:
- The project itself does not store any resource files
- The project does not have any built-in resource links
- The project does not integrate any third-party collection sources
- All interfaces, resource sources, and cloud drive configurations need to be set up by the user
- This project is for technology exchange, learning, and secondary development only
Please do not use this project for any illegal purposes.
Main Changes in Version 4.0
Compared to the original, this version focuses on improving the search experience, caching system, cloud drive checking, backend configuration, and theme capabilities.
1. Search Logic Optimization
- Optimized keyword search workflow
- Prioritized display of local resources
- Improved caching rhythm for search results
- Added search autocomplete suggestions
- Optimized the mobile search page
- Fixed search jump logic in the PC top bar
2. Multiple Cache Modes
The project introduces various caching capabilities, including:
- Search result caching
- Directory tree caching
- Runtime cache
- Backend cache clearing entry
The cloud drive directory tree cache is separated to data/pan_tree_cache for easier management and cleanup, preventing it from mixing with ThinkPHP runtime cache.
3. Enhanced Cloud Drive Validity Checking
A validity check is added before presenting search results and integrates third-party verification interfaces, minimizing the chance of expired resources appearing on the front end.
Recommendation:
- PanCheck: GitHub - Lampon/PanCheck · GitHub
4. Recommended Search Aggregation Service
For more comprehensive search aggregation, use PanSou together:
PanSou can be used as a resource search aggregator, expanding search sources and interface capability.
5. Enhanced Theme System
This version supports multiple front-end theme templates with backend configuration for the active theme.
The new and continuously optimized mofa theme mainly includes:
- Immersive carousel background on the homepage
- Mobile search suggestions
- Improved bottom tabs
- Enhanced night mode
- Resource popup optimization
- Discovery and My pages display optimization
- PC homepage layout optimization
- PC discovery wide-screen adaptation
- Top bar frequently-used link optimization
6. Optimized Backend Configuration Experience
The backend settings page has been reorganized—from stacked fields to clearer configuration elements.
Currently added:
- Type hints
- Config validation
- Image ratio preview optimizations
- Cache clearing entry
- Theme-related options
7. Announcement Popup & Feedback Entry
The mofa theme connects announcement popup interface in the backend, restyling it to resemble iOS popups.
Default template’s feedback submission feature ported:
- On PC: top bar
- On mobile: “My” page under common features
8. Open-Source Organization
For public release, the repository has been cleaned up:
- Added
.env.example - More comprehensive
.gitignore - Excluded runtime logs
- Excluded install lock files
- Excluded test cache
- Removed local debug files
data/pan_tree_cacheonly keeps a placeholder file
Currently, the repo keeps vendor/ for ease of direct deployment. If time permits, it may be converted to standard Composer dependency management in the future.

- Cache clearance
Who Should Use This?
This project is ideal for:
- Anyone wanting to study PHP / ThinkPHP project structure
- Those interested in researching cloud drive search aggregation processes
- People building personal resource index management
- Developers customizing front-end themes
- Those studying search caching, verification APIs, backend config systems
It’s not a good fit for those wanting an out-of-the-box resource library, as the project does not provide resources.
License
The project uses the MIT License.
Finally
There’s still plenty of room for improvement: dependency management, theme splitting, backend config structure, interface standardization, install experience, etc.
Anyone interested is welcome to discuss, open issues, or submit PRs.
