The route needs to be on the U.S. West Coast; Hong Kong definitely won’t work—CC will ban your account outright. The setup is easy enough. If you use sub2api, 4 cores and 4 GB of RAM are enough to manage 1,000 accounts. Once you’ve got it running, buddy, you can choose to connect it to mine at an internal discounted price~ haha
I’m planning to connect to an upstream provider anyway; setting everything up myself feels like too much work. If something goes wrong, I won’t be able to resolve it right away.
Which is better for platform use, sub2api or new-api? I’ve seen some people say that new-api is better suited for commercial use?
The new one is more suitable
This revised version of mine is ready to use as is.
Did you further develop it yourself? I’m also leaning a bit more toward new-api. It seems to be updated more frequently… I’ve seen many people say that sub2api is more suitable for personal-use accounts, and just a few days ago someone said that using it to run codex can easily get your account banned…
Sub2 API still has a bug with card orders—even the latest version does. I initially used Sub2, but someone maliciously burned through my quota, so I switched to NewAPI. I’ve modified a lot of the functionality, but the core features are still based on NewAPI. Anyway, if you also want to connect directly to a stable upstream provider, NewAPI is definitely the better choice.
Haha, buddy, you can DM me your QQ number. I’ll add you so we can discuss the details further.
If you’re worried about getting your account banned, it’s better to develop your own reverse proxy. It doesn’t matter whether you use new or sub as the upper layer.
I still have time—I need to get on.
new works for all models, while sub works for three overseas ones.
A stable channel is very important.
Is there a speed limit during peak hours?
There’s no such thing as peak hours here. A single account is limited to just 15 RPM; otherwise, the account pool won’t be able to handle the load.
Okay, thanks. I’ll reach out to you later if I need anything.
You’re welcome! Welcome to my little site.
Let it go, Azu. You don’t even have enough money to cover your losses.
