Usage scenarios:

MJJ users can register one hosting account per email address, then transfer the account together with the host through Smailr when reselling it. Smailr Mail Assistant lets you add individual notes to each mailbox, so you can see which host each incoming email belongs to, making it especially convenient for users with multiple hosts to receive verification codes.

Other users can organize and annotate registrations for various websites and services, making it convenient, simple, and hassle-free to receive verification codes and manage everything!

Key installation steps:

1. Download the Smailr Mail Assistant installation package;
2. Place the installation package somewhere and extract it, then in the Chrome browser, go to “Manage extensions” and select “Load unpacked”;
3. Then, in Smailr’s “Account Settings”, find the “Developer” option and create an API key;
4. Copy the key directly into the Smailr Mail Assistant panel and save it to complete the setup. You can now enjoy using it!

Yeah. Yesterday you posted in the big thread, and I saw someone mention that this email is great for MJJ to use in certain scenarios. Like when registering on some cloud platforms, you can use one account, and when transferring out, you can directly transfer the email as well—super convenient.

Then I realized that adding notes is a bit cumbersome, and always using the web might not always be that convenient, so I wanted to see if I could write something for it. And then I found out you’ve opened up the API—that’s awesome! Major props. That makes implementing this so much easier.

It’s a lot more convenient now, plus you can add notes about what it’s used for.
