Doesn’t a card-selling site only provide redemption for merchants’ card codes and the like, or does it mean that users’ account passwords were leaked?
If the leak has already occurred, is taking the products offline actually useful?

Check the merchant settings.
Some merchants directly share official activation codes, which others may claim.
Some clever merchants even set up their own redemption site. In that case, just delete it yourself—the official activation codes won’t be leaked.
