Earlier, I bought a Japanese Rakuten mobile SIM card from jpsimshop. I recently switched devices and needed to migrate it, so I sent them an email. It was pretty straightforward.

I submitted the form on September 24, and received a reply on October 7 with the installation code and QR code.
No cost.

Lao Zhan, you have too many cards. It’s not easy maintaining your account either.

While waiting for the replacement, can the card on the old device still be used normally?
