Can Cloudflare now prioritize IPs? If not, what are some alternatives?

I set the preferred address on the PC end or router. This way, all cf network access goes through the preferred address. It’s faster and less crowded at night.

Pricing can be prioritized, but now there’s self-detection added. Direct prioritization in cf dns will make your SaaS invalid, so you need to set up DNS分流, with overseas traffic going directly to the source and domestic traffic prioritized.
Officially, it’s notified that prioritization is not allowed. If you get detected, your account might be restricted.
