It should be fairly simple, I registered it using my sister-in-law’s IP.
I tried several cards, but they all failed.
Can you only verify by linking a bank card? Didn’t they ask you to link your Facebook or Instagram account?
Even after linking it, you still have to verify the card?
It’s better to register yourself than buy an account. If your card doesn’t work, try linking an old Facebook/Instagram account to bypass verification. Within 48 hours of registering, enter the invitation code RMA00B in Settings, and both sides will receive 1 billion tokens. I tested it myself and the credit arrived; it should probably be enough that you won’t need to go through the hassle of buying accounts.
